Payment and Delivery
Payment
For online payments, the total amount of your order will be charged to your credit card upon checkout. In cases of order cancellations or stock issues, a refund will be processed to your credit card within 7 business days.
Delivery
We strive to ship your products on the same day. For items that require additional preparation time, the shipping period is 3 business days, as stated in the product details. You will be informed in case of any potential delivery delays.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a delivery address where you will be available during the day.
Your order will be prepared according to the delivery method you selected at checkout. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be shipped via UPS. Orders are handed over to the shipping company no later than 2 business days after confirmation.
For special delivery requirements, feel free to contact our customer service team. Note that delivery is currently available only within Turkey.
Payment Tracking
- If the payment system encounters any issue during the transaction, you will be notified on the payment page.
- If there is an error in the address provided, we will contact the person who placed the order to resolve the issue.
- The validity of the email address provided will be confirmed through an automatic email sent after the order is processed.
- We are equally responsible to both the customer and the bank that operates our credit card system to ensure a successful transaction.
Important Notice
When receiving your shipment, if you believe the package has been damaged during transit:
- Open and inspect the package in the presence of the courier representative.
- If there is any damage to the product, have the courier prepare a damage report and do not accept the package.
Once the product is received, it is considered that the courier has fulfilled its duties properly.
If the Product is Damaged
- Prepare the damage report with the courier and send it to us at support@toysophy.com as soon as possible.
- After you complete this process, we will initiate actions to resolve the issue and ensure a replacement delivery at the earliest.
